OpenWeb

I partnered with OpenWeb to shape and launch a new Forums product, taking it from early concept to a partner-ready platform used by major publishers with millions of visitors. My work focused on clarifying the product direction, defining success metrics, and building the operating model needed to support real-world usage and iteration at scale.

QualiFi'd

I worked with QualiFi'd to turn a messy, manual loan-matching process into a simple borrower quiz that reliably connects people to the right mortgage products and loan officers. Starting from the CEO's vision, I translated complex eligibility rules into a clear product experience, launched the first working version, and iterated it based on real usage and KPIs. The result was a functioning zero-to-one product that borrowers could understand, loan officers could trust, and the business could grow on.

As Head of Product, I led the end-to-end product strategy for a global membership platform, guiding it from early foundations through active growth. I managed a cross-functional team across product, engineering, design, and support, setting direction, shipping core platform capabilities, and growing the membership base. Beyond delivery, I owned product positioning and go-to-market strategy, worked closely with support to turn member issues into product improvements, and introduced AI-driven workflows to modernize operations and tighten feedback loops between customers, teams, and outcomes.

Lyft

Over seven years at Lyft, I led and influenced large-scale improvements to the company's global customer experience platforms, shaping how customer pain was identified, prioritized, and addressed across the business. I drove the evolution of support systems to reduce avoidable contacts through better self-service, turn customer insights into product and service improvements, and improve loyalty through more consistent support experiences. The work required deep stakeholder leadership — aligning product, engineering, operations, and legal around complex, high-stakes initiatives, including regulatory programs that demanded careful tradeoffs and strong judgment.

Huckle

I co-founded Huckle and led product, engineering, and design to build a B2B platform that enabled public figures to host live conversations with their fans. The core challenge was turning a vague idea of 'better fan access' into a working product — designing real-time chat experiences and building systems that could identify and surface the right fans for each session using social and engagement signals. I set the product direction, ran the teams, and shipped the platform end to end, balancing technical complexity, reliability, and creator trust in highly visible live moments.

College Bound

I led the zero-to-one development of Bridgit2College, a nationally deployed college-access platform funded by the Dell Foundation. Working closely with college counselors, I identified the key moments in the matriculation journey where students most often fell through the cracks and translated those one-to-one interventions into scalable product workflows. The platform automated guidance and nudges that previously required direct counselor involvement, turning a high-touch process into a one-to-many system. I owned product direction, launch, and outcomes measurement, with impact validated through a randomized control trial showing a measurable increase in college enrollment.
